Horrible Good for Nothing Week....
I was a bad bad biggest loser this week..i was overcome with the want to eat any bad thing i could find such as chips and ice cream and chocolate and anything else i could get my hands on..i was possessed with the absolute hatred of dieting and working out..needless to say i gained a pound and a half because of it..and i felt gross all week as well because of it..hopefully i will be able to do better next week and recover from my down fall :-)

We really should come up with a schedule to get together a couple of days a week and workout together. I know that is part of my problem and why I did so well last time. I stay motivated better when I can workout with someone. Just a thought!
