Ugh!

I, too, have not done well this week. I didn't gain anything, but didn't loose anything.....but I didn't gain anything! It's just been a week for me. I've lost my motivation....I think I'm going to blame the weather! I want the sunhine and above 50 degree temps! I want to be able to go outside and walk or run along with doing some kind of workout in the early, wee hours of the morning. I need to watch the Biggest Loser every morning! Every time I watch it I get so motivated and want to do something, but I'm always in the middle of housework when I watch it. So if I watch it early and then workout, maybe I can keep the enthusiasm in me to be excited about my workouts. Maybe. Anyway, it's another week and another day to improve my life.
