I know that I haven't been doing as well as I can/should. I need to really kick my butt into gear! I didn't weigh in on Friday mainly because my scale was dead and I had to get a new battery. Now that the new battery is in, it's telling me I've lost 1/2 lb. Ugh! Okay, yes it's in the right direction, but really....1/2 a pound. It's not motivating the say the least! I know that it's my fault. I need to be more consistent with my exercising. I need to bring back my weights and videos from my mom's house. I forgot them on Saturday! That's okay, I'm going to head up there today, sweat my butt off with Amanda and bring them home. I like doing those really early in the morning. It just makes my life so much easier. Plus I think I'll run by the store today and pick up a couple of more workouts that I've had my eye on. So, here I go......now if I could just find the great motivator!

Hang in there! It's really hard because I learned that your body's hormones are definitely working against you. Just don't get down on yourself when you mess up, and try again. Love ya!
